About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the services of BELMAIR LAB ("we", "us"). By placing an order, joining the queue, or using the website, you agree to them.

The service

We create 3D spatial motion walkthroughs from images you provide, such as photographs, floor plans, CAD files, and renderings. The walkthrough is delivered as a video file. Our packages (Essential, Signature, and Estate) include an exterior shot and a stated number of rooms. Optional add-ons, such as rush delivery, scene edits, and extra rooms, are offered as described on the website.

Orders and payment

Packages, add-ons, and prices are shown on the website and at checkout. Payment is processed by Payhip and is due upfront. Access codes may unlock custom rates. They can be limited, changed, or withdrawn by us at any time, and they may not be transferable.

Capacity and the queue

We accept a limited number of projects each week. When capacity is reached you can join the queue by sending your property details. For queued projects we may create a low-resolution, watermarked preview. Previews are for your review only and must not be published or shared. The final 4K file is delivered once you unlock it.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is 48 hours. Rush delivery, and the Estate package, are delivered within 26 hours. Times are counted from the moment we receive your complete project details and payment. If we need more information from you, the time starts once we have it. Delivery times are targets that we work hard to meet.

Your materials and your rights

You confirm that you own the images and files you submit, or that you have permission to use them for this purpose, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You give us a limited license to use them to produce and support your project.

Ownership of the finished work

Once the order is paid in full, you receive the final files and full control over how you use them in your listings, marketing, and business. We will not publish your project without your permission.

Scene edits and renderings

Scene edits, such as furnishing, changes to the time of day or season, and finished-state previews, are digital renderings and do not show the property as it currently exists. You are responsible for following the rules of your MLS, the listing portals, and advertising law, including labeling rendered or altered media where required.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes, and do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

No guarantee of results

Our work is designed to present properties attractively. We do not promise any particular number of views, inquiries, sales, or prices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BELMAIR LAB operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
